What's fresh on Saturday, August 18th in the courthouse parking lot from 9-noon.
The USDA announced that due to demand, the number of Farmers Markets have grown by 9.6% in 2012. This is the place to find high-quality produce and crafted foods, a place to meet family, friends & neighbors, a chance to directly support local farmers and local foods available to all of Farmington’s residents.
To make shopping more convenient, the Saturday market is set up to accept Electronic Benefit Transfer and credit card payments. They also accept WIC farmers' market vouchers. A customer can pick up one slip, add up all the purchases from the various vendors at the market and pay by credit card or debit all at one time, for a one-stop payment plan.
